« Le budget participatif est un processus qui permet aux citoyennes et citoyens de participer à la prise de décision publique, en décidant comment une partie du budget de la Ville sera utilisé. Ce dispositif collectif offre l’occasion de décider des prochaines priorités ciblées pour la municipalité. »
