Fiducie foncière communautaire (FFC)

A fiducie foncière communautaire (FFC) est une société à but non lucratif qui détient des terres au nom d'une communauté locale, tout en servant de gestionnaire à long terme de logements abordables, de jardins communautaires, de bâtiments municipaux, d'espaces commerciaux et d'autres actifs communautaires au nom d'une communauté.
