Universalisme proportionné
L'universalisme proportionné est un terme développé dans The Marmot Review en santé publique pour agir sur le gradient d'inégalités sociales de santé.
Il s'agit d'une approche d'interventions qui ne se limitent pas aux actions ciblant les population les plus défavorisées mais préconise des actions universelles dont l'échelle et l'intensité sont adaptées au niveau de défavorisation des groupes de population.
"To reduce the steepness of the social gradient in health, actions must be universal, but with a scale and intensity that is proportionate to the level of disadvantage. We call this proportionate universalism."
