Contrat de gré à gré

En Outaouais, nous cherchons des exemples d'entreprises d'économie sociales qui ont conclu des contrats de gré à gré avec leur municipalité. Idéalement, des OBNL qui offrent des services liés à l'animation de la communauté (le cas parfait, un café communautaire). Merciiiii!
