A hub for conversations on agrarian issues among scholars and activists

The Editorial Team of the Journal of Peasant Studies has a brand new stand-alone website: https://peasantjournal.org/. This is a shared web platform with Initiatives in Critical Agrarian Studies (ICAS), Emancipatory Rural Politics Initiatives (ERPI), Land Deal Politics Initiatives (LDPI) and BRICS Initiative for Critical Agrarian Studies (BICAS).

Here we will be able to feature special forums, themed article collections, video abstracts, blogs from authors, webinars, and other events. The entire ICAS Small Book Series in Peasant Studies and Agrarian Change is available free on the site.

To celebrate the launch of our new website, we have released a selection of free access articles until May 31st on some of the most urgent themes in critical agrarian studies. You can access them here:
