Appel de propositions : Nouveaux Horizons pour les aînés

Critères d'admissibilité :

  • La demande doit être reçue au plus tard le 21 juin 2019
  • Projet de 12 mois et moins
  • Projet de 25 000 $ et moins (tx incluses)
  • Doit viser l'amélioration de l’inclusion sociale des aînés
  • Doit intégrer des aînés dans la direction, la planification ou la réalisation du projet.
