Des ressources pour les personnes proches aidantes

Dans le but de s'approprier l'approche Tout proche aidance, le CVPACA a élaboré deux documents:

  1. un répertoire présentant les organisations oeuvrant auprès des différentes catégories de personnes proches aidantes;
  2. une liste par territoire de MRC des organisations.
