À votre connaissance, des ressources existent-elles pour accompagner un groupe promoteur citoyen dans la gestion administrative et financière de son projet, pas uniquement lors de la phase d'initiation, mais pour toute la durée du projet, incluant du très long terme (10 ou 15 ans) ? Merci !
