Développement Social Saint-Hubert (DSSH) est une démarche de concertation locale, multisectorielle et multiréseaux visant à encourager une évolution sociale positive et à améliorer les conditions de vie de tou·tes les citoyen·nes. Cependant, une attention est portée aux personnes en situation de vulnérabilité pour soutenir leur participation à la vie collective dans le respect de leurs capacités.
