(En espagnol)
This article presents a comparative analysis of two territories: Saint-Camille, Quebec (Canada), and Aras de los Olmos, Valencia (Spain) with the theoretical perspective of social innovation. In both cases a series of common elements have been found that have influenced social, economic, and environmental dynamism. Using the multi-site case study methodology, it has been possible to show that territorial development processes are more solid if they are the product of an innovative process involving the population and social agents. The comparison offers the opportunity to detect the elements at the base of the success of these experiences.
