Available Light on Demand (ALD) is the curated streaming home of outstanding and award-winning works by northern filmmakers.

Available Light on Demand (ALD) is the curated home of outstanding and award-winning works by Northern Filmmakers. The Yukon Film Society and Klondike Institute of Art and Culture launched this new digital streaming service and website to bring Northern Films to Canadians and the world. Short films are available to watch for free, with rental and purchase options available for longer films.

Community 

Available Light on Demand was created to support Yukon and northern filmmakers release and promote their works. This support includes licence fees and revenue from sales and rentals, data and analytics, promotion and marketing, training and education, and access to new audiences. ALD was also created to showcase northern works to northerners, as an easily accessible platform to watch and engage with stories told in the north.
