A Digital Arts Management System for Member Based Artist Centres.

AMS-Network is an all-in-one cloud-based digital arts management system and administrative tool for member-based artist-run centres developed by The Film and Video Arts Society of Alberta (FAVA). It’s been the backbone of FAVA operations now for over 12 years, and today we are sharing this amazing software with our peers across Canada.

Whether you’re an agency with a large staff or you’re a “one-person-show”, AMS-Network is a customizable digital toolkit that allows your organization to consolidate and manage its operations under one digital roof. 

  • Your members will be able to use it to reserve facilities, book equipment, archive projects, and publish digital works.
  • Your audiences will be able to purchase tickets for events, workshops, and classes.
  • Your administration will be more integrated, run smoother, and have greater organizational awareness.

The AMS-Network system can also store and manage: digital marketing materials, film projects, audio recordings, and manuscripts, along with many other types of digital or media files. This is what we believe Digital Arts Management looks like in the future.

Using the AMS-Network platform you can:

  • import and manage your membership data,
  • create class, workshop, and event calendars,
  • inventory and rent equipment or facilities,
  • market performances and create screening events,
  • upload, archive, and distribute member or organizational projects…

As your organization grows so will the usefulness of your AMS platform. 

AMS-Network can also help generate tailored reports about your operations, including membership and donor data, equipment bookings, class enrolments, and much more. You can also approve projects for website deployment, track volunteer hours for member accounts, and manage project submissions for juried programs.
